About 3Nergy Wellness

3Nergy Wellness is a holistic mind and body wellness center. It is our core mission to support the integration of the body, life energy and spirit, empowering the healer within. 

Our name 3Nergy Wellness means the synergy and integration of three energies. The three energies refer to the body, vital energy, and spirit.

Originally, the word health came from an old Germanic term that means wholeness or being whole. So to be healthy is to be whole. It follows that disease originates from neglect in a particular area of our life that doesn’t serve or work in harmony with the whole. This split results in conflicts between the body, heart, and mind, thus a state of disease or lack of ease.

Our logo design depicts the three sides of a triangle, the geometric shape for synthesis and integration, connected by a ring that encircles and integrates them into an organic whole. The symbol in the middle of the logo is the Chinese character for Chi or vital energy. Energy is the link between the body and the mind. In the Chinese medical tradition, it is the vital element that sustains and integrates the three dimensions of our life - physical, emotional, and spiritual.

It is our experience that true and sustainable health develops from the integration of these three energies of life - body, vital energy, and spirit.

We provide personalized treatment programs of acupuncture and Chinese medicine, integrative health, metabolic balance and nutrition, bioenergy therapies, and authentic instruction of Tai Chi, Qigong, and Taoist Yoga designed to restore the balance of body, energy, and spirit.

3Nergy Wellness was founded by Camilo Sanchez and was originally known as the Empower Life Center. As our business has grown and evolved, it was important to change to a name that better reflected our core mission. Thus, 3Nergy Wellness was conceived.  At our location in Charlotte, NC, we provide treatments to assist the body in healing, classes to nourish your mind and body, and certification and CEU courses for other health professionals.
